Elk & Elk Attorney William Price to Present on Auto Injury Litigation at Upcoming Seminar

Elk & Elk attorney William Price will share his extensive experience in auto injury litigation and help others gain a better understanding of effective strategies for working with insurance companies at an upcoming National Business Institute live seminar in Worthington.
NBI’s “Auto Injury Litigation: The Ultimate Guide” takes place on Wednesday, Nov. 29, and Thursday, Nov. 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Hotel Worthington.
The program is approved for 12 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours, including one hour of attorney ethics instruction. The intermediate level seminar offers a comprehensive guide to navigating the challenges of auto injury litigation. The program is designed for attorneys, insurance adjusters, and paralegals.
Registration is $575 and includes the cost of the supplemental coursebook. An audio recording of the seminar is available for purchase to those who cannot attend.
Price presents “Behind the Scenes of the Insurance Company – What You Don’t Know” on Day 1 of the seminar from 12:45 – 1:30 p.m. He will discuss how market situations can determine settlement timing, demand letter language that gets results, and understanding reserves in negotiations.
A variety of other topics will be covered at the two-day seminar, including in-depth insurance coverage analysis, litigating uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and negotiating with auto insurance adjusters.
