Client Reviews

Pamela S. – November 2019

Reached out to Elk & Elk regarding an incident. The firm was very professional, personal, and took the time to do what was best for my interest. I was very satisfied with my attorney Ian Fijalkovich and his paralegal. Could not of had a better firm going to “bat” for me.

Nicole F. – February 2019

Did a great job on my case. Bjarne was always there for me, even when the first Lawyer assigned dropped the ball. Ian was my second lawyer and he was patient in explaining and answering questions. I found it convenient that a rep came out to my home in the beginning, but strange after not putting a face to a name until well over a year of being a client. Side note: Get auto coverage that covers YOUR excessive injuries, because due to the policy limitations of the defendant. The damages received was nowhere near my injury cost.
