Elk & Elk attorney Amy Papesh to present at Mass Torts Made Perfect

Elk & Elk attorney Amy Papesh will present on the probate side of mass torts at the upcoming Mass Torts Made Perfect Fall Conference in Las Vegas.
Mass Torts Made Perfect is hosted by Levin Papantonio at The Bellagio on Oct. 18 to 20. It’s designed for those who work in the areas of plaintiff mass torts, personal injury litigation, securities and toxic torts.
The bi-annual conference attracts over 1,000 guests from across the country, including representatives from more than 450 law firms. Attendees hear from various speakers and participate in breakout meetings covering dozens of mass tort topics during the three-day event.
Papesh presents with Christopher G. Paulos, an associate attorney at Levin Papantonio, during a breakout session on Thursday, Oct. 19.

As an associate at Elk & Elk, Papesh serves as the head of the firm’s Probate Division. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and guardianships. She is a valuable resource for the firm’s clients and tends to all of their probate or estate needs in-house. Papesh was recognized as an “Ohio Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010, 2012 and 2013. She was selected to the Ohio Super Lawyers list in 2016 and 2017.
Papesh has lectured for the Ohio State Bar Association, National Business Institute and various local professional groups and organizations with interests in estate planning and administration issues. Before joining Elk & Elk, she practiced at a boutique firm in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where she focused primarily on estate planning, estate administration and domestic relations law. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and watching her two boys participate in various sports.
