How long have you practiced at Elk + Elk?

I have been a medical malpractice attorney with Elk + Elk for over 13 years.

What do you like best about working at Elk + Elk?

The best thing about working at Elk + Elk would be the people.

What motivates you to work hard?

My biggest motivator to work hard is my clients. They are dealing with the biggest challenges of their lives and look to me for help during their time of need.

Any advice for aspiring attorneys?

My one piece of advice for aspiring attorneys would be to ALWAYS listen and absorb any information given.

What was your first job?

My first job consisted of pulling an old push mower behind my bike to span the reaches of my neighborhood grass-cutting empire.

What is your favorite restaurant in Washington?

My favorite restaurant would have to be Taylor Shellfish!

Do you have any pets?

I have two dogs, Winston and Charlie Barker!

Best concert you’ve been to?

Not sure if it was the best, but the Typhoon show in 2013 was great!

A fun fact about me is that I’ve tried cases to favorable verdicts in Courthouses over 2400 miles apart (Tacoma, Washington & Youngstown, Ohio).
